Kristina & Havar

Kristina and Havar took the quiet route: a small group, a terrace on the edge of Oia, and nothing between them and the caldera. Their arch was built from pampas grass and blush drapes that moved with the afternoon wind, and the ceremony happened with the sun sitting low over the water behind them.

Afterwards they walked the old paths above the sea for portraits, past the blue domes and the bougainvillea, before dinner on the terrace. One long table, gold chairs, candles down the middle, and the whole caldera going pink as the plates came out.

Sand, cream and dried grasses throughout — and a cake finished with a single gold ring.
