Usually the same day between March and October. If you write over a weekend in high season, expect us on Monday morning — we are on site with couples most Saturdays.

Before anything else we confirm availability — ours, and the venue you have in mind. Santorini books early, and we would rather tell you honestly that a date is gone than keep you waiting.

Where we are

Our office and our venues are on Santorini, in the Cyclades. Guests usually fly into Santorini (JTR) directly from Athens or seasonally from across Europe, or arrive by ferry from Piraeus, Mykonos and Crete.

We are based between Pyrgos and the caldera rim, which puts us twenty to thirty minutes from almost every venue on the island. If you are already here, we are glad to meet in person.

Languages & hours

The team works in English and Greek, and we regularly coordinate with suppliers and guests in Italian and French.

Office hours are 09:00–18:00 Greek time (EET/EEST), Monday to Friday. During a wedding week you will have a direct mobile number for your planner, day and night.

Before the first conversation.

How far in advance should we get in touch?

Twelve to eighteen months is comfortable for a summer wedding, and the popular caldera dates in June and September are often taken two years out. That said, we have produced beautiful celebrations on four months’ notice — smaller guest lists and shoulder-season dates give us far more room. Write to us regardless of how close your date is; we will tell you honestly what is still possible.

Do you only work with couples using your own venues?

No. We plan weddings across Santorini, at hotels, private villas, beach clubs and churches all over the island. Love Cave and Madame Sousou are ours, which means we can move faster and hold more of the detail in-house when you choose them — but they are options, never a condition.

Can you help with the days around the wedding?

That is most of what we do. Airport and port transfers, villa and hotel bookings, the welcome dinner, a boat day, the cooking class, the day-after brunch, and the small things guests remember — a car seat for a toddler, a cake for someone’s birthday, a table at the restaurant that is impossible to book.

We are not sure what we want yet. Is it too early to write?

It is never too early. Some of our favourite celebrations began with a message that said little more than “we think we want to get married in Greece”. Part of the work is helping you narrow it down.
