How pricing works
Quoted for your celebration, never off a shelf.
We do not publish packages, because two weddings with the same guest count can differ by a factor of three depending on where they happen and what they involve. What we publish instead is exactly how a quote is built, so that nothing in it surprises you.
What moves the number most
- Guest count. Catering, rentals, staffing and transport all scale with it. It is the single largest lever you control.
- The venue. A caldera-view terrace, a cave, a courtyard inland and a beach club sit at very different levels — and some require everything to be brought in.
- The date. Late June to early September is peak. May, early June, late September and October cost meaningfully less for the same production.
- Design. Florals and styling range from restrained and seasonal to fully built installations.
- How many days. A welcome dinner, a boat day and a farewell brunch each carry their own cost.
What a quote always contains
- Line-by-line costs, not a single lump sum
- Supplier names, so you know who is doing what
- Greek VAT shown separately at the applicable rate
- A clear separation between what is fixed and what varies with the final guest count
- An allowance for the things couples forget: staff meals, transport for suppliers, permits, cleaning, and a contingency

Before
Venue search and site visits, supplier selection and negotiation, budget building and tracking, a full production timeline, contract review, guest logistics, and unlimited correspondence in your time zone.
During
A rehearsal walk-through, on-site coordination from the first delivery to the last guest, a dedicated planner with a direct mobile number, and a second coordinator on the day for anything above forty guests.
After
Supplier settlement, rental returns, lost-property recovery, and hand-off of everything your photographer and videographer need. We close the file properly.
Discounts you may not expect
Choosing one of our own venues reduces the planning rate. Booking accommodation, transfers, the cooking class or the wine tasting through us is charged at our own rates, not resold at a margin.
Payments & terms
The commercial detail.
How is payment structured?
Typically a deposit to secure the date and the planning engagement, staged payments as suppliers are confirmed, and a final balance shortly before the wedding once the guest count is fixed. Every schedule is written into your agreement before you pay anything, and we never ask for a payment that is not already on that schedule.
Which currency, and does the price include tax?
We quote in euro. Greek VAT is shown as a separate line at the rate applicable to each service, so you can always see the net and gross figures. Bank charges and currency conversion on your side are outside our control — we will tell you which payment method costs you least.
What is not included in a quote?
Your own travel and accommodation unless we are booking it for you, legal and church fees paid directly to the authority concerned, gratuities, and anything added after the final confirmation date. We will flag each of these in writing rather than let them appear later.
What happens if the guest count changes?
Numbers move — they always do. Catering and rentals are confirmed on a final count agreed a set number of days before the wedding, and we build that date into your timeline from the start. Small changes after it are usually absorbable; large ones we will price transparently.
What about weather, cancellation and postponement?
Santorini is windy, and every plan we write has a wet- and wind-weather alternative costed alongside the main one, so a decision on the day is never a financial surprise. Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in full in your agreement, and we will walk you through them line by line before you sign.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes, and it is often the easier conversation. Tell us the number you are comfortable with and we will tell you honestly what it buys in Santorini, what it does not, and where a small change of date or venue would give you a great deal more.
