The best seats in the house. From clifftop fine dining at sunset to hidden local tavernas, we handle the reservations so you always get the right table without the hassle.
Booked before you land
Hands-on at one of the oldest family wineries in Pyrgos, on a veranda kept as it always was. Two menus: Meet Santorini — tomatokeftedes, spanakopita, Santorini fava, garides saganaki and meletini cake, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Big Greek Fat BBQ — tzatziki, Santorini salad, handmade pitta, mixed grill and loukoumades, every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Both at 12:00, semi-private, opened with a shot of ouzo and closed with a glass of Assyrtiko. About two hours at the stove plus the time it takes to eat it, and we take bookings at least a day ahead.

Catamaran days in the caldera with a crew who have been doing this for over a decade — semi-private, or the boat entirely to yourselves. Swim stops in the coves and around Thirassia, a Greek lunch or a BBQ cooked on board, open bar, and transfers both ways. The sunset sailings are timed so the light does the work.
